What stays on your device

Your PDFs, scans, highlights, notes and reading positions are stored only in your browser on your device. Text recognition (OCR) runs on your device. We never receive your documents.

What we collect

Your email address and sign-in details (through Supabase), the answers you give in our setup questions, your trial dates and your subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number.

Why

To run your account, give you access during your trial and subscription, send sign-in links and service emails, and improve ScanMyPdf based on the problems people tell us about.

Your choices
